Employment Law Advice

Creideasach Specialists are always on hand to offer employment law advice no matter how big or small the issue. Clients will deal directly with an assigned Specialist who will have in-depth knowledge of their business and previous employment law/HR issues. Each client is given a direct personalised number to contact their Specialist, as we are aware that prompt action can prevent the escalation of disputes.

All Creideasach Specialists are accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and possess extensive HR experience, gained from working in a senior HR capacity, prior to becoming a qualified Employment Law Specialist.

Whenever required, a Specialist will be happy to undertake on-site visits, to guide the client through a particularly contentious issue or project when providing employment law advice and consultancy.
