Contracts of Employment

Employment Contracts

All Employers are legally obliged by Section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 to issue a statement of employment particulars within two months of the employee’s commencement date. Since the 1st October 2004, the issuing of an inadequate statement or the failure to issue a statement at all, can result in the imposition of a financial penalty on Employers.

Our Specialists are able to draft, regularly review and/or amend client contracts of employment to ensure legal compliance. This service is offered to our clients throughout Central Scotland.
